About the Project

Students in Dr. Bruton’s Spring 26 PHI 356 (ethics) class at USM were tasked with crafting Microsoft Sway Presentations based on the main ethical challenges posed by Artificial Intelligence.  After choosing their topics, students conducted research, submitted draft texts for approval, and submitted polished Sway presentations based on their findings.  Collectively, these presentations provide an informative and well-rounded introduction to the ethics of Artificial Intelligence.  They did impressive work!  The students accurately convey the promise and peril of AI in appealing visual layouts.   

In this project, students used the platform Microsoft Sway to create interactive and immersive presentations about their research. Students working in collaboration with Dr. Jen Andrella and the Center for Digital Humanities at the University of Southern Mississippi.
